What youwill do

1. Under generaldirection, responsible for the sale of Johnson Controls equipment / product witha focus on sales opportunities to achieve new business growth

2. Focuses on assigned area(s) of the business

3. Prepares and issues tenders and proposal(s) tocustomer(s) with accurate cost estimation

4. Builds and maintains long-term customer relationships andensures customer satisfaction

5. Partners with other sales team members, as well ascontractors, or owners from assigned accounts

6. Seeks out, qualifies and closes new sales opportunities,with a specific focus on new business growth

7. Refers leads to other business segments 8. Utilizes applicable sales tools to plan and document progress

9. Builds and applies knowledge of competitor’s businessstrategies, products and services to favorably differentiate Johnson Controlsfrom them, driving for JCI to be the preferred supplier

10. Address customer objective / needs and requirements, recommendsolution and link customer objectives to the company's solution and competitiveadvantage

11. Keep manager informed for the change in market place,applies knowledge of competitors' service and business to favorabledifferentiate our service from them

12. Represent the company to customers with professionalappearance, maintain consistent communication with customers as well asestablish the long-

term relationship with them

13. Follow up with customer after the sale and duringinstallation to ensure satisfaction and to promote future business

14. Assist with basic layout and design of systems for largecommercial buildings and industrial plants

15. Ensure that day’s receivables for customers are kept toa minimum

16. Increase market penetration of all York products withinthe District

17. Financial analysis of equipment purchases, selection ofequipment with competitive advantages

18. Contact owner’s representatives, consulting engineersand mechanical contractors on all phases of selling YORK equipment andservices.

What we look for 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any related fields2. 1-5 years experiences in HVAC&R industry and experience in Sales & Marketing or any related experience3.

Good communication, presentation and negotiation skill4. Good command of written & spoken English5. Good computer literacy (MS Office)
