We are searching for a

Marketing Project Manager - Immunology (m / w / d)

Core Function :

  • Leads and develops marketing projects based on the commercial brand plan in line with the brand strategy and the therapeutic area objectives
  • Leads relevant cross-functional and patient focused initiatives in the therapeutic area
  • Ensures full compliance with Johnson & Johnson Credo and principles to preserve trust and reputation towards health care professionals and patients using the product
  • Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leads local commercial projects, such as development and execution of campaigns, development of sales material, congress presences, market insight generation projects with an innovative omnichannel approach in alignment with the product manager and the brand strategy
  • Develops and manages partnerships with external key stakeholders to drive competitive advantage and Janssens’ reputation
  • Contributes to the Country Value Team by providing marketing expertise, deep local market insights, customer needs, competitor insights, by engaging local stakeholders, with development of local plans and by leading local commercial / marketing projects within the function and across functions
  • Accountable for full compliance of all projects and activities with laws and J&J regulations

  • Competencies :

    Professional Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Life Sciences (BA / BSc or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Demonstrated record of accomplishments in pharmaceutical sales or marketing
  • Solid understanding of the Healthcare environment and pharmaceutical industry
  • Digital, Omnichannel experience seen as advantage
  • Capabilities to lead a cross-functional team
  • Project Management Skills
  • English and German required
  • Individual Skills

  • Strong soft skills to successfully engage with colleagues
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present complex messages and trade-offs and tell a compelling story
