Join us on our journe The Head of Learning Strategy is responsible for building a skill development strategy for RBI AT, subsidiaries and group where applicable.
Furthermore, s / he is responsible for continuously innovating and improving tools, methods and formats for individual and organizational learning, leadership development and performance management.
The Head of Learning Strategy builds and implements excellent learning experiences and performance programs enhancing life-long’ learning of our employees.
A collaborative, communicative and integrative personality is key to perform this job. S / he strives for continuous innovation by thinking out of the box and envisions learning in the future .
What you can expect :
Build innovative learning and people skill development strategy and programs which are state of the art and contribute to our corporate vision
Improve continuously programs and tools based on evaluation data
Develop assessments that measure learner outcomes and implement continuous improvements to enable a high level of competency development
Set up curricula for RBI AT and group where applicable
Clear focus on developmental programs in the areas of leadership, communication and feedback
Lead a team of experts with the ambition to support the organization in building skills for the future and encourage a culture of learning, continuous feedback and development within the entire organization
Budget responsibility for learning strategy
What you bring to the table :
University degree, ideally economics and business administration, psychology or legal
Broad experience in the fields of learning, performance, skill development on operational and strategically level
Proven track record in setting up learning, performance and development strategies in an international environment
Additional experience in banking business is of advantage
Strong leadership experience and state-of-the-art "all round expertise" in learning and team development
Understand latest learning and performance tools and technologies, and build the right roadmap for the organization
Didactical knowledge and track record in designing learning experiences and curricula
Proven record working with data for learning purposes
Proven record in digital learning
Fluent in English; German is an advantage
Desire to constantly challenge the status quo and to innovate
Ability to interact with senior management and stakeholders and to defend a point of view
High negotiation skills and ability to balance diverging interests
Business acumen, banking and finance knowledge is advantageous
Agile mindset, true collaborator
