You research will focus on academically and practically relevant questions related to charitable marketing, donor management, and prosocial consumer behavior.

What you have to offer
This includes analyzing data using advanced econometric methods and appropriate software packages (e.g., SPSS, R, Python) as well designing robust experimental research studies.
Experience in working with survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics) and databases (e.g., using SQL) are an advantage.
The willingness to use multimedia teaching and learning formats is a requirement and prior teaching experience is an asset (e.
g. as a student assistant or tutor).
You work independently, show initiative, are willing to take on responsibility, and have good self-organization skills.
German language skills are not mandatory, but are an advantage.
What we offer you
The minimum monthly gross salary amounts to €2,293.95 (14 times per year). This salary may be adjusted based on job-related prior work experience.

Our goal is to provide students and staff with safe attendance at WU. Therefore, proof of a complete Covid 19 vaccination is a prerequisite for employment.
