Lead and optimize resource forecasting for global organization which develops medical devices and combination products for (mainly parenteral) drugs
Assess and align available vs planned vs actual resources; identify issues and proposals to ensure project needs are met and resources optimally utilized
Support across functions within the department and align processes with partner functions and finance; report to management
Facilitate governance processes / meetings and coordinate resource and project status reports
Support outsourcing activities by interfacing with service providers and setting up contracts
Provide project planning support for special projects
Education : PhD or Master in Engineering or Life Sciences, preferably additionally MBA or Project Management Certificate
Languages : English, proficiency in German is advantage
Experience : Strong experience (8 years +) in project and program management, incl. resource forecasts and budget. Strong understanding of parenteral drug development and delivery devices;
knowledge of biopharmaceuticals is advantage.
