Your Responsibilities :

  • Management and development of the Partner Management department in Global Customer Services including :
  • strategic and operative sourcing activities (spare parts, repair and service calls)
  • Scheduling including global inventory management (centralized and decentralized warehouses)
  • Organizational and line management of the Partner Management department (personnel management, staff development, capacity scheduling, recruiting)
  • Coordination and implementation of the global supply chain strategies for the Customer Services business unit in line with central specifications
  • Initiation of cooperation schemes with partners and definition of the respective framework conditions
  • Negotiating and monitoring service and cooperation agreements with external and internal partners
  • Monitoring, control and optimization of performance indicators of the business unit, plus reporting to Management; deriving continuous improvement measures from these performance indicators and implementing these measures accordingly
  • Contribution to the strategic orientation of Partner Management
  • Assuring that the corporate specifications in terms of compliance are met (including with regard to dual use, COO, conflict materials, 3C) within Customer Services
  • Cost center planning and accounts responsibility
  • Your tasks :
  • Graduate of a secondary technical college / university of applied sciences / university or respective professional experience
  • Several years of experience in supply chain management, ideally in connection with customer services
  • Experience in the management of teams
  • Pronounced communication skills
  • Very good command of English
  • Readiness to travel (approx. 15-20%)
  • Your Profile :

  • Abschluss HTL / FH / Universität oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain Management, idealerweise im Zusammenhang mit Customer Services
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teams
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft 15-20%
  • Annual Remuneration : Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-

    time) for this position as a basis for negotiation : EUR80.000, . We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
