You’ll be responsible forensuring that Western Union Money Transfer services and products are deployedwith our business partners effectively, and that service quality and supportingobjectives are consistent with strategic goals and standards.
You’ll manage theday-to-day performance across the operational departments ensuring that theteams adhere to internal policies and contracts whilst demonstrating customerservice excellence.
You’ll use your strategic thinking and planning skills toimprove productivity, create efficiencies, and coordinate between back-officeteams to ensure workflow is maximised.
We need you to have progressiveexperience in managing a large operational team, as well as a proven trackrecord of delivering cost-saving efficiencies.
You have a real passion fordelivering excellent customer service and a high degree of analytical mindset,strategic planning, and strong communication skills.
Previous experienceof lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable.
