Deine Aufgaben
IT Site Support will be responsible for local and remote site support in our company's offices located in the designated support area.
This role will provide site support by upgrading and installing hardware and software, performing troubleshooting to resolve IT issues, and maintaining our site services.
IT Site Support is the second point of escalation for the resolution of Endpoint and related IT incidents and service requests.
Provide IT support to end-users within the EMEA region
Travel and provide onsite support to remote sites in EMEA
Monitor and maintain IT onsite services to all assigned sites
Work collaboratively with the EMEA IT support team and other Global IT Teams on activities and projects related to IT
Perform basic incident and problem analysis as required to resolve incidents and requests and escalate as needed
Perform hardware and software change requests as assigned
Perform "smart hands support" as required
Install and maintain local endpoint devices and infrastructure as required
Dein Profil
Extensive experience in providing IT Endpoint and User support locally and remotely
Experience with IT endpoint management. systems, networks, and related technologies
Ability to follow installation instructions in installation and troubleshooting Software and applications
High knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts. Ability to perform smart hand activity under instruction-based activities at sites.
Highly skilled in desk side support and PC break / fix including basic administration of Microsoft 365 systems
Strong technical hands-on experience on iOS mobile devices utilizing Microsoft Intune and Office 365 products
Good Knowledge of networking, TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and others
Ability to troubleshoot issues with systems and networks using good deductive reasoning skills under the Smart Hands’ capability supported by the company
Well-versed in the ITIL process of Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request, and related activities like spare and buffer stock management
Previous experience working with ITIL-based ITSM Service Desk tools
Well-versed in IT Asset management and good people handling skills
Bilingual in English and German
