Reporting to the Digital Marketing Operations Lead, you will :
Become a key member of the Marketing Operations team, this team are responsible for asset production, marketing localisations and the execution of all of our marketing campaigns, initiatives and customer lifecycle marketing programs across all owned media channels.
Be responsible for the execution of marketing initiatives across the website and app channels, specifically homepages, landing pages, in-
path messaging and merchandising.
Become a superuser of AEM, Ryanair’s content management system.
QA all initiatives and campaigns before and after publishing.
Work closely with App Development team to ensure on time delivery on marketing touchpoints on the Ryanair app homepage
Work closely with the Operations Lead to manage and prioritise your backlog of assignments
Work through your backlog efficiently, effectively communicating any blockers which you face
Check all campaigns for localisation truncation, requesting fixes where necessary
Keep a record of what is going live across the platform at all times
Ensure all landing page or partner links are directed to the right location as per the brief
Ensure all tracking IDs are added to components correctly
Ensure all tagging requirements are added to campaigns and components correctly
Ensure meta titles are always correct
Maintain superb attention to detail throughout every task you undertake
Track campaigns while live to ensure everything is running smoothly
Provide touchpoint KPIs when requested
Check all terms and conditions are included across touch points and correct
