Support of our existing B2B partners via all support channels such as the ticket system, in writing via live chat and by telephone through the hotline
Continuous improvement of our products through close exchange with Sales, Operations and Product Development regarding customer feedback
Continuous development and optimization of our support processes together with the Operations team
Opportunity to manage the your activities independently
WHAT WE OFFER
And here’s the fine print : The minimum salary is EUR 1,916 gross per month. But that is certainly the very least we can do for you.
