The European Health Forum Gastein (EHFG) is looking for an IT and Content Management student support colleague starting in July 2021 with 10h 15h a week with flexible working times.
The successful candidate will become part of an international team of ten that is based in the two office locations of Bad Hofgastein and Vienna.
These are the skills that are required (or an interest and willingness to acquire them) :
Content Management and Basic IT support
Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS
Good IT-literacy to quickly learn different web tools (like Mautic CRM)
Good knowledge of Windows 10 to support team colleagues
Solid knowledge of WordPress & Typo3
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere
Basic knowledge of AWS EC2 instances & Lightsail (Ubuntu / Linux)
Basic knowledge (or willingness to learn) Windows Server Active Directory, DFS Replication & Group Policies
Basic knowledge (or willingness to learn) network security & firewalls like PFSense
Basic knowledge of Apache2 & DNS settings
Good knowledge of HTML & CSS
Interest in / knowledge of the organisation of a digital event
Working with and coordinating onsite IT team during the autumn conference week in Gastein
Coordination of technical partner companies (live streaming, event tech, design, etc.)
You should apply if you :

Can commit to spending approx. 10 days in Bad Hofgastein (23rd September to 2nd October in 2021).

Bad Hofgastein or Vienna
The remuneration will depend on skills and experience and will be discussed during the interview. Salary : € 2000 (equivalent to 40 hours week)
