YOUR ROLE AS Technology Engineer (M / F / D)
You will be responsible to lead several projects as Technology Engineer ensuring that technical scope is delivered as per the project success criteria.
You will collaborate closely with external suppliers like designers and equipment manufacturer making sure that the P&G requirements for safety and quality are implemented.
You will supervise the design process and the actual installation / construction of your equipment.
You will have the opportunity to implement innovation to drive efficiency and productivity.
Your main tasks will include :
Benchmarking of technologies
Lead and own design & construct checklist process for equipment
Input to overall project cost estimate
Supplier inquiry, selection and management
Utilize process reliability tools to design equipment and process in line with process reliability goals
Align and communicate equipment shut down requirements
Design human machine interface ensuring maximum operability
Development and implementation of production machines / systems
Lead equipment qualification and acceptance process (FAT, SAT, IQ / OQ / PQ)
Execution of product and plant tests
Be the technology interface for all project related functions like R&D, Manufacturing
Ensure complete project documentation is handed over to the operation team
You offer :
Proven experience within a technical area (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, process engineering, industrial engineering)
Very good analytical skills and quick comprehension
Passion for technology and innovation
Strong assertiveness, teamwork, and leadership skills
Initiative, flexibility and ability to coordinate
Good knowledge of English and German
