Support the development and implementation of international human rights due dilligence processes and concepts for non-food supply chains
Assist in the management and development of human rights projects in production facilities
Coordinate and track the work of international internal task forces
Prepare researches, reports and presentations
Support in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of meetings
Consult and cooperate with our international experts colleagues
Communicate with external cooperation partners and agencies
Completed studies in the field of business and human rights or sustainability management
First relevant experience in dealing with business and human rights (UNGPs, HRDD)
Experienced handling of the PC (especially MS Office)
Very good knowledge of English
Analytical personality with good conceptional thinking and writing skills
Reliable, structured and independent mode of working
Very good communication and cooperation skills in an international environment
