Summary The Field Human Resources Business Partner is part of the overall HR Team and is a strategic partner and a consultant to regional, district and office leadership to help the business execute the overall purpose of MyEyeDr.
The HRBP is responsible for assisting in aligning business objectives through development of best practices and providing professional HR guidance and support.
Representing the MyEyeDr Brand, key focus areas are on supporting business efforts in developing high-performing teams, engaging associates, workforce planning, using data to inform conversations and actions, conducting investigations;
all with the One Team approach maintaining consistency across the regions. The successful candidate is a subject expert in HR laws and regulations, HR business process efficiency and effectiveness, as well as acts as an associate champion and is sensitive to associates’ needs while adding value to the business through impactful and meaningful partnership.
Works closely and collaborates with the Centers of Excellence (Business Operations, Talent Acquisitions, Integrations, Contract Services, Learning & Development, HRIS, Compliance, and Benefits) to ensure the One Team approach, the needs of the business and our patients are met.

The role reports to the Human Resources Manager of Business Operations and is based in the market in which they support.
Optimizes data to strategically identify trends and formulates conclusions based on the information gathered to collaborate with leaders on business decisions.

5-7 years as a Senior HR Generalist or Business Partner
3+ years closely collaborating with leader to form best practices
2-3 years working remotely with limited to no supervision.
Experience with data, metrics and reporting to build HR strategies.
Demonstrated agile experience and project management skills
Working knowledge of Dayforce by Ceridian is preferred
Experience in healthcare and retail a plus Education
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including keen judgment and decision-making, with an eye towards process efficiency and simplification
