For our Business Line Secure Transactions and Identification (STI) in Gratkorn, we are now looking for a Marketing Manager for NFC Charging

The BL STI fosters NXP’s secure-by-design approach for IoT and smart cities, enabling manufacturers and consumers to protect private information while interacting in the most convenient way through RFID and NFC-enabled applications.

Your responsibilities :

  • Leading the world-wide Marketing activities for an NFC emerging market within the Secure Transactions & Identification portfolio
  • Develop & deploy marketing strategy plans and value propositions
  • Collect market intelligence in terms of commercial and technical requirements
  • Drive the achievement of set targets in the respective area in terms of revenue, profitability and
  • market share

  • Identify the relevant market influencers and thought leaders
  • Develop partnerships across the value chain in cooperation with the NXP sales force and distribution Partners
  • Drive related MarCom activities : press releases, articles, white papers, analyst interviews, leaflets,
  • trade show speeches, training materials etc.

  • Provide customer inputs for product roadmap / development and technology innovation processes
  • Your profile :

  • Several years of experience within a Marketing and / or Business Development or Sales position with
  • strong ties into high-tech industry with a proven and measurable success track record

  • Entrepreneurial drive with strong business sense
  • Good technical understanding
  • Fluent in speaking and writing English
  • Willingness and flexibility to work & travel ( 50%) worldwide
  • Ability to proactively drive market segment, high degree of self-management
  • Good communication skills (written, orally, and presentation skills)
  • Ability to interact with different cultures

  • NXP offers competitive compensation. Due to Austrian law we are obliged to state the minimum gross salary according to legal regulations and for this role this amounts to EUR 70.

    000 gross. Depending on experience and education higher remuneration is possible.
