You will deliver an excellent client experience across anextensive regional portfolio of active digital customers. Working on our WUEDGE platform, we’ll look to you to achieve regional targets throughincreasing sales and customer retention.
Handling inbound and outbound calls,you will migrate, adapt, cultivate, and assist your clients, cross-selling, andup-selling intangible foreign exchange products.
Working alongside internalteams, you will implement regional business plans and campaigns, all whilesuggesting and identifying improvements within the platform.
You will be motivated and driven with a desire to succeed and aproven track record of achieving sales targets would be desirable.
Yourconfident and can-do attitude will fit well within the team. Knowledge ofinternational payments and foreign exchange products and services would be anadvantage.
It is essential that you are fluent in the German language and a goodcommand of English is also required.
