Qualifications

Human Resources Assistant (Permanent 50%) Austrian

Primary scope :

The purpose of this job is to Provide administrative support for Human Resource Manager and Business manager in wide variety of complex administrative, HR duties and sensitive initiatives in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Assist with candidate interview scheduling.
  • Coordinate and maintain records for staff.
  • Helps to collect HR data on monthly bases.
  • Training certificates archive and organization (when locally based)
  • New comer and Out comer administration process
  • Payroll Management
  • Compliance with local Labour regulations
  • Coordination of legal topics
  • Time Management (vacations, sick leaves etc )
  • Cluster Balance Score Card
  • Studies-Experience :

    Bachelor degree required Human Resources is preferred .

    HR administrative support experience

    Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook

    Skills and Qualifications :

    Proven HR admin or assistant experience

    Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task

    Attention to detail and problem solving skills

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Strong organizational and planning skills

    Proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook

    Language :

    Fluent in German and English mandatory
