The role :
We are looking for an individual to leverage data intelligence & analyze customer buying patterns in order to satisfy customer requirements by fulfilling and optimizing all digital channels available to them i.
e. eProcurement (B2B), web (B2C), inventory and asset management, digital science and the cloud.
Key responsibilities :
Design and execute the strategic plan for direct customer acquisition, development and retention
Work closely with the sales team & account managers across EMEA to develop a strategic plan that forms part of the eSolutions ecommerce strategy.
Develop this strategy with customers either face to face or via webex.
Training and application of digital capabilities to internal and external customers
Analysing competitor trends within the eSolutions Market
Analyse and understand customer needs and requirements to achieve and fulfil revenue shift from offline to online
We are looking for someone who :
Is fluent in German and English
Has experience in sales and business development within the eCommerce sector.
Can effectively negotiate and close business with channel partners
Has technical and working knowledge of vendor managed on-site inventory programs
Has technical and working knowledge of customer procurement systems and practices including B2B, B2C, etc.
Is able to influence across a highly matrixed environment at all levels
Experience managing accounts producing over $15M+ in revenue
Willingness and ability travel at least 25-30%
