What you will do

1. Under general direction, responsible for the sale of Johnson Controls equipment / product with a focus on sales opportunities to achieve new business growth

2. Focuses on assigned area(s) of the business

3. Prepares and issues tenders and proposal(s) to customer(s) with accurate cost estimation

4. Builds and maintains long-term customer relationships and ensures customer satisfaction

5. Partners with other sales team members, as well as contractors, or owners from assigned accounts

6. Seeks out, qualifies and closes new sales opportunities, with a specific focus on new business growth

7. Refers leads to other business segments

8. Utilizes applicable sales tools to plan and document progress

9. Builds and applies knowledge of competitor’s business strategies, products and services to favorably differentiate Johnson Controls from them, driving for JCI to be the preferred supplier

10. Address customer objective / needs and requirements, recommend solution and link customer objectives to the company's solution and competitive advantage

11. Keep manager informed for the change in market place, applies knowledge of competitors' service and business to favorable differentiate our service from them

12. Represent the company to customers with professional appearance, maintain consistent communication with customers as well as establish the long-term relationship with them

13. Follow up with customer after the sale and during installation to ensure satisfaction and to promote future business

14. Assist with basic layout and design of systems for large commercial buildings and industrial plants

15. Ensure that day’s receivables for customers are kept to a minimum

16. Increase market penetration of all York products within the District

17. Financial analysis of equipment purchases, selection of equipment with competitive advantages

18. Contact owner’s representatives, consulting engineers and mechanical contractors on all phases of selling YORK equipment and services.

What we look for

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any related fields

2. 1-5 years experience in HVAC&R industry and experience in Sales & Marketing or any related experience

3. Good communication, presentation and negotiation skill

4. Good command of written & spoken English

5. Good computer literacy (MS Office)
