In your role as Head of Business Operations & Continuous Improvement, you will be responsible for the areas of Program Management, Service Performance Management and Process Improvement / Standardization for our Field Service Organization in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
You are responsible for
Leading a team of specialists
Manage various company-wide programs to improve service growth and process quality.
Responsibility for providing operational KPI reporting as a basis for optimizing our product and service performance
Management of our service improvement initiative to improve various aspects of our service processes, e.g. in the area of spare parts management
Accompanying internal and external audits
Proven ability to manage critical program success factors : quality, scope, cost, and time.
High level of commercial understanding and the ability to comprehend project financials, profit and loss
Minimum 10 years of work experience of which 5 years in management experience
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills
Commercial awareness / experience and technical IT knowledge
Very good language skills in English and German
Ability to think conceptually and to design practical, cost-effective solutions
Team player ability to lead teams and work with as a team player / Self-motivated and flexible
Willingness to travel in the region when required
Problem solving, on hands mentality required also as empathy and communication
