Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Client Manger to generate revenue growth in the Austrian market. The role includes new business hunting as well as business development with existing customers.

You will lead project teams involving other required job roles to drive and win big deals.

He or she will be part of our friendly and supportive DACH sales team looking after the direct sales in the region mentioned above.

Great presentation and communication skills in both English and German are required.

Scope

Prospect development and business development with existing customers, sales calls, proposal and bid preparation and delivery of C-

level (CIO, CFO, etc.) presentations.

Position Xerox solutions to demonstrate how they contribute to improvement in customers’ key business / financial measures

Develop value propositions that address the business impact Xerox could have on key business concerns, issues and initiatives

Deliver sales activity levels sufficient to drive target achievement, territory coverage and 100% customer satisfaction for the full range of products and services

Pursue competitive accounts and effectively differentiate Xerox solutions / services from competitors

Positive working relationships with a network of peers, business leaders and customers

Understand the local market place, the key players and the strategies that exist in the market place relative to Graphic Communication Solutions.

Qualifications, Key Skills and Experience

Degree in relevant subject such as economy and / or technology or alternatively relevant sales experience

Significant demonstrable track record and results in selling into the Austrian market

Proven consultative sales and account management experience and ability to manage the life cycle of multiple complex sales cycles

Successful proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets particularly in developing new business streams

Willingness to take risks, try new approaches and question traditional assumptions

Negotiation skills and the strength to finalize and close deals

Independently, professional, pro-active, reliable and focused personality

Ability to read and interpret financial statements, annual reports, and other financial documents

Ability to develop strong influential executive relationships within assigned sales territory

Fluent German and English language skills, both verbally and in writing
