Support R&D teams in the adoption of different agile frameworks / methods within the organization and across all business groups
Coaching and support for cross-functional teams with regard to agile values, processes and collaboration to establish a self-contained and interdisciplinary organization
Develop and roll out the operating model for agile transformation and reinforce the agile mindset
Identify opportunities for improvement, including feedback mechanism to support coaching and enabling continuous learning
Host workshops and trainings at our international development and production facilities Your profile
Degree in / or previous work experience in electrical-, mechanical-, chemical-, software engineering, physics or similar
Minimum 2 years of work experience in product development (hardware products, software products an / or process development)
Practical experience in agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM,KANBAN, Lean Management, Design Thinking)
Interest in shaping organizations and innovation topics
Affinity for being a trainer or workshop moderator
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to connect with people
Fluent in business English
