Additionally, our high impact solutions play an essential role in the consumers’ experience of the final product. Serving many of the biggest brand owners, the European Engineered Wood Department offers a European Sales Manager position in the exciting and challenging wood industry.

What we offer

  • Steering of the Technical Sales Team and Project Managers to assure that set KPI s as volume growth, turnover and profitability are achieved for the respective region
  • Development of sustainable financial growth in the English Wood Segment in particular at defined European Key Accounts (in Austria)
  • Responsibility for accounts receivable as well as overdues
  • Key contact to Supply Chain in order to align demand planning / forecasting and supply
  • Interaction with internal functions like PD, Technical Service, Project Management, Marketing and Supply Chain and externally with B2B customers such as CLT (Cross Laminated Timer) manufactures, OEM, AEM, etc.
  • Min. salary according to collective agreement of the chemical industry : € 3.800 gross / month; willingness to overpay depending on experience
  • Who we are looking for

  • Excellent academic degree in International Business or relevant Technologies...
  • Min. 5 years of professional experience in Sales / Technical Sales, ideally related to woodworking or constructural wood industry
  • Fluent English and German, further languages beneficial
  • Good MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Well organized but flexible personality with excellent analytical, conceptual and communication skills combined with good technical understanding.
