As an attractive employer, Erste Group offers interesting career opportunities in an international environment.The Group Statutory Reporting department is responsible for regulatory necessary Group Reports to the respective local and European authorities.

Further, Group Statutory Reporting takes over the expert function for implementation of projects on group level triggered by regulatory reporting requirements.

The department acts as operative single point of contact for consultations, internal and external auditors and authorities in the area of regulatory group reports.

  • Preparation of group reports and delivery to regulator with focus on the Own Funds and the Solvency Report
  • Ensure compliant reporting according to new regulatory changes (CRR, EBA ITS & RTS)
  • Continuously support optimizing the reporting process towards time, quality and costs
  • Experienced team member in group initiatives and group projects, leading colleagues within the team in various business and IT projects
  • Be recognized as an expert in discussions and negotiations with our counterparties in the bank which are various Group Risk Departments, Group Capital Management and Group Consolidation
  • Communication and alignment with AT ad CEE Statutory Reporting departments Your Background
  • Profound knowledge of the banking regulatory framework (min. 5 years working experience), in particular in the area Own Funds, Capital Management and capital consolidation
  • Good understanding for the Statutory Reporting standards, IFRS accounting standards and Risk methodologies
  • You are a team player with excellence communication skills
  • You are strong in analytical thinking with an excellent understanding of figures and data
  • Willingness to pro-actively gather and share knowledge as well as to take on tasks individually and constantly improve the running reporting process
  • Excellent English and German skills in writing and speaking Our Offer
