Line Maintenance Manager

Ryanair and our Engineering partners are inviting applications for a Line Maintenance Manager to be based at Warsaw Airport .
Duties of a Line Maintenance Engineer :
Ensure Safety standards are maintained to the highest level.
Oversee day to day running of line operations WRO / WMI / GDN / KRK / KTW / POZ.
Oversee aircraft maintenance planning and rostering.
Monitor aircraft maintenance operations about KPIs (Hold Item List items, Technical Delays, Quality Standards).
Aircraft maintenance and associated activities are conducted in accordance with Ryanair DAC CAME.
Ensure sufficient personnel are provided to plan, perform and certify all aircraft maintenance and associated activities.
Ensure tools, equipment and materials are present to perform the planned tasks
Coordinates line maintenance requirements with MCC, Maintenance Stations, Materials, Quality Control, and A / C Planning / Marketing Departments.
Continue to promote the safe working environment and culture, conductive to good and efficient maintenance practices.
Negotiation and management of contracts with external suppliers / companies
Ensure sufficient personnel are provided to plan, perform and certify all airplanes in respective stations.
Reviewing maintenance and staffing in accordance to the budget.
Requirements of a Line Maintenance Engineer :
Degree in aviation related discipline or aircraft Licenced Engineering Qualification B1 / B2.
Motivated manager with the ability to achieve success and grow with this airline.
Line maintenance experience.
Flexible approach to working in fast changing environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient computer literacy.
You must have the Right to Work in Europe.
