Full-time Legal Counsel Corporate Projects Fuschl am See, Austria Apply now As Legal Counsel Corporate Projects you will act as legal support for Red Bull's corporate projects, with a focus on sports and entertainment law.

Based at Red Bull's Headquarters, you will be advising our diverse and exciting businesses in the fields of motorsports, soccer, icehockey, hospitality, fashion and media.

RESPONSIBILITIES Areas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we'll trust you with : Legal counselling to a variety of Corporate Projects In this exciting role youll not only create, review, negotiate and finalize contracts of diverse nature including athlete contracts, service contracts, supply contracts and leases, youll also ensure that templates are up to date and create new ones if necessary.

You will perform legal risk assessments, provide solution-oriented advice and work closely with local counsels on specific legal questions of applicable laws.

Management of Legal Projects The preparation of analyses and solutions for specific legal projects, often in sports and entertainment law (e.

g. sports regulations), will be one of your main tasks. On a need basis, you will assist in M&A and special projects. Development to Legal Business Partner Once onboarded, youll act as a Legal Business Partner and provide comprehensive support for selected corporate projects.

Experience Your areas of knowledge and expertise That matter most for this role :

  • 5 years professional experience either at a law firm, an international company, or as a research associate
  • Track record of having studied abroad or worked in the English language
  • Strong basis in contract law, sound contract drafting skills.

  • Fast learner and proactive personality
  • Law degree (Mag. iur. / 2. Staatsexamen or equivalent or Master of Business Law) with strong academic credentials Additional degree in business administration or postgraduate education (Master Degree (LL.M.), MBA) is a plus
  • Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)
