As part of the Inside Sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team with large opportunities as well as transactional business, general sales administration for the team and key customers.
The main focus of the role will be
Work together with the sales team and customers to ensure maximum revenue retention by renewing existing contracts, as well as reducing the revenue churn (cross-sell, up-sell, price decrease management, Credit Note management, etc).
Selling standard Colt products through direct channels to Enterprise customers in order to meet or exceed team revenue targets.
Builds, develops and maintains relationships with existing customers, typically focusing on non-complex sales of services or solutions.
Work within a team to support opportunities across markets with the local Account managers, Account Directors and Pre Sales Desk.
Project a positive image of Colt to all customers, ensuring their full satisfaction with all areas affected by Sales Support activitieLiaise with direct sales to align with sales strategy
Liaise with internal departments to solve commercial problems (e.g. T&C, contract clauses, pricing, SLA) in conjunction with the S&M and BS colleagues
Improve quality of order production in conjunction with the Sales Engeneer, Sales Support and Service Delivery colleagues

Customer revenues - retention, growth and realisation
Customer service - manage order tracking, own relationships, act as point of escalation for commercial issues
Customer satisfaction - ensures all assigned customers feel they're receiving all-around high-value service
What you will need to succeed :
Excellent customer service skills and limited sales expertise or experience in the administrative support of sales.
Basic existing understanding of Colt product portfolio preferred, but open to people without Telecommunications background.
A good understanding of Colt used systems like SAP C4C, OHS, Siebel and Microsoft Office desired.
Proven experience in order processing / revenue realisation
Experience of managing churn and customer satisfaction topics
Fluency in German and English : knowledge of an additional Eastern European language would be an advantage
Education in relevant discipline or three to five years of experience in Inside Sales
