For our division Paper, Fiber and Recycling within our Process Design & Control Engineering department we are searching for an Engineer Process Design (m / f / d) :
Your tasks :
Commonly design start-up, shut down and normal operation for relevant process areas
Provide mass- and energy balance calculations and process flow diagrams
Provide media consumption figures for utilities (e.g. : water, steam, chemicals, etc.) and collect defined required media qualities
Collect and provide emission data for e.g. : effluent, heat, noise, gas, steam, etc.
Provide calculation and sizing of e.g. : pumps, fan pumps, headbox, etc.
Provide and calculate mass balance of steam and condensate systems
Specify and make inquiry and selection of sub-supplied equipment
Basic requirements (e.g. specification) for special plant solutions
Specify customer supplied equipment
Provide plant process descriptions
Define process requirements for multi motor drive and variable speed drives (drive specification), if applicable
Commissioning, start-up and optimization
your profile :
Bachelor or Master of Sc. degree in process engineering, automation engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar
HTL, FH, TU)
Practical experience in process design engineering
experience in working within international teams
good PC skills (e.g. COMOS PT, SAP)
strong communication and negotiating skills,
Willingness to travel internationally
In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 3.093,91 for this position.
Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
