work along the entire corporate development value chain - from strategy, acquisitions and divestments to post-merger integration - of Mondi Group, a global leader in packaging and paper
identify and evaluate investment opportunities for Mondi Group and our Business Units
execute M&A projects globally, coordinating due diligence across our internal teams as well as external advisors
support the post-merger integration of acquired businesses into Mondi Group
contribute to our strategy process and translate strategic priorities into our M&A effort Your profile
university degree in Economics, Business Studies or Management Studies or comparable skill set
entry-level position after university
internship in "bulge bracket" M&A or top-level strategy consulting considered a plus
track record of working effectively, both individually and as a member of a dynamic team
business fluent in English, German or other European languages considered a plus
willingness to travel
commercial thinking and very good numeracy as well as excellent communication and intercultural skills
good grasp of corporate finance concepts including customary valuation techniques Our offer

Duration : unlimited contract
Extent : full-time, 38 hours / week, all-in contract
We offer a minimum compensation package starting at EUR 45,000 gross / year on a full-time basis (38 hours / week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
