ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
Starting from the inputs coming from CPM activity and high horse power fleet monitoring process :
Review of existing diagnostics and highlight enhancement needs
Follows problem solving in parallel with development of improved diagnostics of technical issues to provide solutions for dealers.
Prioritize use cases in alignment with inputs from product quality.
Leads the discussion with AMS to define business cases to support the activity based on expected warranty saving, downtime reduction and customer / dealer benefit.
Leads the discussion on use cases and algorithm creation
When needed performs physical trials and field visits to confirm effectiveness and accuracy of diagnostic procedures.
Track use cases development process from idea to implementation in the network
Generates senior management reporting of diagnostic activity
Leads the activity of tracking and solution development for the observations reported by product support on monitored vehicles :
Leads discussion with AMS to achieve a proper problem statement
Assign the different tasks to responsible for resolution
Track problem solving progresses
Generate senior management reporting
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS :
Degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering.
Agricultural background with sound knowledge of agricultural practices
3-5 years’ experience in technical service related function or engineering
Good customer service skills - Customer Relationship Management
In depth knowledge of Tractors & applications used with Tractors.
Good knowledge of CAN based diagnostic on automotive applications
Fluent English language.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with excellent written & verbal skills.
Excellent PC Skills including :
MS Office and other PC based communication tools
Other PC Applications and programs.
Very High Level of working flexibility required.
Willingness to travel at short notice w
Willingness to travel to long haul’ destinations
