Position Description :
Organization, management, and monitoring of applicable customs and foreign trade laws
Coordination of all import and export control matters
Editing, auditing, and archiving of all import and export documents
Classification of goods per the European Export List and the Dual Use Regulation
Classification of goods as per customs tariff and control of import shipments
Ongoing optimization, monitoring, and coordination of processes
Creation of work and organizational instructions in regards to import and export control law
Implementation of legislative changes regarding the Customs Code, EU Law and Foreign Trade Law under direction of the Flowserve Trade Compliance Team
Coordination of external customs audits and undertaking of internal customs audits and internal training sessions as approved by the Flowserve Trade Compliance Team
Maintain contact with customs, freight forwarders, and the Flowserve Trade Compliance Team
Complete and obtain yearly ECC / ICC certification
Reporting to Facility General Manager and Indirectly to Flowserve Trade Compliance Team
Position Requirements :
Completed training or studies in the field of customs or foreign trade
Several years of relevant professional experience in this field
Very good command of spoken and written English
Good user knowledge of e-zoll and MS Office
Organizational and teamwork skills as well as strong communication skills
Good knowledge in the areas of origin of goods and preferences
Technical understanding and being a quick learner

826,54 p.a. p.a. upwards overpayment depending on qualifications and professional experience.
