Develop the vision / strategy for digital marketing at MyEyeDr. Lead the overall go-to market strategy of the digital marketing channels;
supported by a robust online customer experience.
Mastery of leading digital marketing tools
Manage all digital marketing channels to ensure brand consistency
Oversee campaign management and large monthly spends while hitting the right targets in CPA, ROAS, MROI and other conversion metrics
Develop and implement marketing plan and content calendars by channel
Develop and manage marketing programs aligned against new patient acquisition metrics.
Run SEM, SEO programmatic and paid social initiatives. Supervise paid search planning, optimization, testing, analytics.
Build and optimize against a quantitatively derived, fact- and insight- based segmentation framework that identifies, defines and prioritizes the highest potential segments with the greatest LTV opportunity
With your understanding of customer buying behaviors, segmentation and profiling, you will implement highly targeted, highly converting campaigns.
Identify new sources of customer acquisition and profit via new partners, new strategies and emerging channels. Own and drive integration of programs across all channels where relevant
Establish goals, set budgets and forecast and monitor results
Partner to build multi-touch attribution, algorithmic models and perform and optimize against marketing analytics.
Coach, advise and share information on digital performance, content, communications and services with the wider organization
Provide leadership of analytics and digital monitoring / measurement tools
Develop and execute ecommerce channel vision, strategy and implementation
Create and manage editorial calendar and content pipeline to ensure continuous and compelling storytelling around our brand purpose.
Deliver audience engagement
Manage and maintain website and social media properties ensuring content / messaging is aligned
Project manage major digital projects
Manage and align agency relationships from budgeting, to work streams and campaign launches
Oversee A / B and multivariate testing to assist targeting and delivery of exceptional customer experience
Ecosystem development : continually review and enhance digital acquisition, engagement and experiential process and programs
Drive marketing technology strategy including owning the roadmap and execution in collaboration with the broader marketing (CRM), IT, and enterprise teams
Lead and develop high performing internal and agency teams

10 (minimum) 15 years or more of leadership experience in developing strategies and leading implementation of digital and marketing related technologies
Demonstrated excellence in analytical and technical skills as well as possessing a strong competency for influencing broad technical discussions and decisions.
Strong proficiency with marketing and digital technology landscape and trends across the tech stack
Strong senior-level leadership skills with proven ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple concurrent initiatives, on time and on budget.
