Independent research and teaching with a focus on Disability Studies and Inclusive Education (including applications and acquisition of third-party funding, publication of journal articles and in anthologies)
Participation in the research, teaching and examination activities of the Teaching and Research Unit Disability Studies and Inclusive Education
Supervision of Bachelor's
Collaboration in organizational and administrative tasks of the Teaching and Research Unit Disability Studies and Inclusive Pedagogy as well as the Institute of Educational Science
Academic qualifications :
Diploma / master's degree in education or social sciences or a related discipline; relevant doctorate
Research in Educational Science with focus on Disability Studies and Inclusive Education
Well-grounded knowledge in qualitative methodology (for example discourse analysis, comparative analysis, narrative or biographical analysis, visual analysis) within the broader frame of an interdisciplinary orientation
Knowledge of disadvantage compensating instruments in academic teaching; proven teaching experience at university level
Knowledge of international disability rights organizations; proven networking with organizations of people with disabilities
Experience with aspects of acquisition of third-party external funding as well as mobility experience abroad.
Relevant professional and / or postdoc experience.
Publications beyond the doctoral dissertation in international peer-reviewed journals and other such professional academic publications.
German language skills : C1 level (CEFR); English language skills : B2 / C1; discipline-relevant IT skills and knowledge
strong sense of responsibility, independence, and ability to work in a team; good communication skills.
