Mission :

As an AREA Visual Merchandising Manager , you will be an ambassador of the Brand and ensure the consistency, quality and sophistication of the visual merchandising implementation on all product categories.

You are in charge of several countries (Austria, Romania, Hungary and Czech Rep.) and responsible for a team of City VMs.

You'll be reporting directly to the Country Visual Merchandiser Manager and support the business strategy by contributing to enhancing the Client Experience in store in strong collaboration with all responsible members of the Instore Team (Store Manager, Team Manager, Expert Advisor, Client Advisor, Country Visual Merchandiser).

Furthermore, you will be in strong collaboration with the Headoffice and the

Country Visual Merchandiser Manager to understand and implement all visual merchandise novelties and guidelines.

Duties and responsabilities :

  • Your main responsibilities will be to lead a culture of instore-coaching with a priority on the Instore VM according to their needs;
  • to manage the collaboration of all different Instore Team members. But also to develop the highest Brand and product knowledge as much as respecting Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior.

    As part of the daily visual control of merchandising maintenance you will have an overview and support of the Instore VM to keep visual merchandising at the highest level.

  • In addition, you'll be responsible of the checking of the store maintenance and the environment to maintain luxury retail standards, ensuring that lighting, windows, accessories and furniture are in excellent condition;
  • but also manage the reorganization of accessories, lighting and visual merchandising tools as required. Finally, you'll ensure that products are displayed in accordance with Louis Vuitton standards and applicable directives.


    We are searching for someone having an essential Visual Merchandising role background, with a minimum of 5 years experience (either in a country, zone or multi location department Stores based role) and also within Retail multi-

    category Fashion Brands; who is fluent in English and German and has a general appreciation and passion for aesthetics in design, art, architecture.

    Enjoying the complexity of different countries and mindsets and driven by travelling in our Central Europe Region.
