We will be looking to you to ensure theefficient delivery of high quality and responsive client services to Internaland External Clients in relation to pre- and post-transaction query handling,in accordance with SLA’s and KPI’s, which drive Customer satisfaction andretention.
This role is accountable for leading, developing and motivating ateam to deliver consistent high performance and a seamless Client Experiencefor our B2B clients.
This position includes both on-site and remote managementof individuals and stakeholders.
For this role, you willneed to havegained experience as a team leader or manager within a high quality, responsiveclient services environment.
You will have an eyefor detail and are skilled in analyzing,implementing and driving improvements in systems, processes and practices toimprove efficiency and enhance the Client / Customer experience.
Fluency inGerman and English required, additional fluency in French highly beneficial.Remote management experience would be a huge plus.
