Full-time Manager Talent Development Elsbethen, Austria Apply now We are looking for a Manager Talent Development to strengthen our international Talent Management team located at our global Headquarters in Austria.

The purpose of this role is to give people wings by designing and executing innovative talent management and development initiatives globally and making an impact both internally and externally.

This will be achieved by using scientific research to develop and manage products, programs and tools that inspire and support people to achieve peak performance in line with the Global Talent Management Strategy and company philosophies that make our company unique and competitive.

RESPONSIBILITIES Areas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we'll trust you with : PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT This exciting role offers the opportunity to grow and develop across a breadth of Talent Management topics.

The core focuses on innovation and product development. You'll be driving the ongoing success of performance management at Red Bull globally by leading the activation of a performance management tool in collaboration with the business and HR to ensure a premium user experience working closely together with IT and HRIS.

PRODUCT VALIDATION As Manager in Talent Development, you'll be responsible for analyzing key strategic talent tools / products to understand their performance.

You'll assess the validity of the tools and make suggestions that shape the current design of those products to ensure maximum impact.

Thereby you'll play a key role in prototyping and piloting to ensure product effectiveness across talent management initiatives.

DESIGN THINKING You'll use design thinking to rapidly create, prototype, gather feedback and iterate talent products that increase the performance, potential and retention of employees.

You'll create bespoke prototypes and pilot strategies that fit the need of the product and ensure the product delivers on its goals.

Moreover, you'll enrich the team with creative skills and outside-the-box thinking to create products across the employee life cycle that people want to use.

CONSULTING In this role, you'll consult across the Talent Management department, HR and the business to spot the white space and consider how we might continually improve current products or could create entirely new products, tools and initiatives.

You'll pitch the ideas, get buy-in and execute. Experience Your areas of knowledge and expertise That matter most for this role :

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Talent Management at a global or regional level
  • Funded experience consulting and developing products across the talent management scope : performance, engagement, development, training etc.
  • Background of designing and rolling out innovative talent management & development initiatives
  • Strong analytical ability combined with experience with psychological assessment tools
  • Expert in organisational psychology and human behaviour
  • Ideally experience as an external consultant in Talent Management or HR
  • Proven record of facilitation of development programs to people managers
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers, locally and internationally
  • University Degree in a related discipline (e.g. Psychology, HR, Organisational Development)
  • Native English speaker

    Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1848 gross per month.

    However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
