Your Responsibilities :

  • Direct, manage and be accountable for the performance of the global business segment MP against the key measurement criteria of growth and market share as well as of profitability on the global market in line with the agreed business strategies
  • Leading a team of around 20 employees
  • Provide further development of the team especially in business and technology / product development and project / application management
  • Develop and implement a global business strategy, based on detailed market knowledge and understanding of customer requirements
  • Global business development with strong involvement of the affiliate organization
  • Further development of the organization and staff expertise
  • Strong link to the System Business segments as the products very often are getting part of larger system solutions
  • Your Profile :

  • Technical education (TU, FH Master)
  • In-depth knowledge in the field of Power Electronics and electrical powertrain / drive systems, in technology as well in the knowledge of the market
  • Knowledge in development and as well as in sales of electrical powertrain systems
  • Knowledge in torque and rotation measurement
  • Extensive experience in the field industrialization and standardization
  • High customer orientation and strong leadership qualities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Pleasing personality, assertive profile with good inter-personal skills and hands on approach
  • Deep understanding about the different cultural aspects
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Willingness to travel
  • Annual Remuneration : Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation : EUR140.
