Your Responsibilities :
Development of HV power electronics
Central point of contact and alignment for international customers, development teams and internal and external suppliers and take over coordination and synchronization tasks in serial development and R&D projects in the field of electric drive systems and power electronics development
Responsibility for the alignment of the customer requirements with the existing and to develop high and low voltage power electronics within the AVL and supplier portfolios and the coordination and definition of the development tasks to close gaps between those to fulfill the projects needs
In combination with development teams working on the definition of next generation and state of the art serial production ready solutions
Technical expert in customer meetings for electronic concerns and provide the main customer interface for all electrical hardware related activities including customer design reviews, specification clarifications and negotiations of customer and system requirements for the project at powertrain and component level
Your Profile :
Graduate of a secondary technical college / university of applied sciences / university in electrical engineering, electronics or mechatronic engineering with technical engineering experience
Experience in the automotive development environment of high-voltage architectures & designs, automotive power electronics, project & supplier management
Knowledge of e-drives, power electronics and understanding of requirements, needs and challenges of electric powertrains in (H)EVs is an advantage
Solution-oriented thinking and organizational skills required
German and English language skills (fluent in written and spoken) required
Annual Remuneration : Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation : EUR 45.
000, for Junior / EUR 60.000, for Senior . We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
