Job Description

  • Oversight for a defined program / product portfolio and support the definition and execution of the product supply strategy to ensure robust, high-
  • quality and on-time supply together with SCM, Quality, TechOps, ComOps, Marketing and Development.

  • Represent TechOps in global project teams, serve as single point of contact for other line functions.
  • Accountable for implementation and lead cost leadership programs with focus on efficiency gain, supply network optimization and business continuity.
  • Define integrated strategic and operational product specific manufacturing plans with objective to optimize value, time and resources and ensure strong execution of plans.
  • Is product representative at Product Review Board and in global project teams and Single point of contact for line functions
  • Leads Pre Approval Inspection (PAI) preparations across all sites, health authority readiness programs and coordinates PAI across multiple sites in collaboration with PQL and Global QA
  • Leads end-to-end product allocation for biosimilar programs according to guiding principles and assures product supply strategy and Product Roadmap.
  • Implements / leads Global supply monitoring and strategy meetings, cost leadership program, supply network optimization including business continuity, manufacturing allocation, DS manufacture, DP filling, packaging, device assembly and launch supply.
  • Ensures cross-functional product / launch management, driving coordination in multiple supply sites
  • Ensures manufacturing LCM of products
  • Reports manufacturing status and issues to respective management boards, facilitates pro-active communication and timely decision making
  • Minimum requirements

  • PhD in Life Sciences, Engineer, MBA (or equivalent experience)
  • Min. 10 years of multi- / cross-functional leadership experience in senior roles
  • Expert in written and verbal communication
  • Excellent presentation skills to vice president and president management roles
  • Experience in TechOps and / or Quality preferably within biologics
  • Ability to bridge between scientific, technical and business participants for effective collaboration in international cross-functional teams
  • Excellent knowledge of manufacturing, quality, development and regulatory processes
  • Business fluent knowledge of English
