ApplyThe Tax Manager is responsible for the Company’s tax compliance, tax planning, accounting for income taxes and preparation of tax returns and will ensure that the business will be carried out in a tax efficient way and in accordance with international tax regulations.
The aim will be to minimize the company’s tax exposure by providing tax advice and implement tax-strategies within the operational regions while keeping businesses compliant with various local, state, and federal tax regulations.
Your responsibilities : Responsible for the oversight of tax compliance cycle across all areas of employment taxes, social security and corporate income taxMinimize tax liabilities through informed application of tax laws and regulations in all the territoriesPrepare and reviewing tax calculations, estimating and reporting accruals and purpose partnering with country, regional and corporate financeLiaise and interact with tax authorities, local teams and internal business operations, providing external and internal support for e.
g. corporate taxation, commodity taxes, statutory payroll deductions, taxation issues in-line with the Corporate Tax FrameworkEstablish appropriate system or processes for tax risk management for the companyManage tax compliance, reporting, and filing works for the company, as well as ensuring timely and accurate filing of all corporate tax, VAT and withholding tax returnsApply for withholding tax exemptions and advising on form and content of inter-company agreementsProvide leadership to exceed the expectations of the stakeholders and assume responsibility for the development of engagement staff Advise on taxation issues related to bid, tenders and new contracts Your Profile : Several years of general tax experience, preferably focused on business taxes, as well as excellent project management and presentation skills are highly requiredExperience with a Big 4 firm, law firm, or corporate tax department of a multinational company is requiredMinimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA qualification desired)In-depth knowledge of tax and business laws and regulationsPrior exposure to International taxation laws and regulations with strong experience in tax strategy implementationExcellent English Skills written and verbalAbility to priorities and manage multiple engagements and set up of new entities Mature, well-organized, a self-starter with strong communication skills, problem-solving skills and a proactive approach Willingness to travel extensively across the regional territory for business purposesAside from working in a modern office in Vienna and being part of a motivated, dynamic and international team, you will be offered a gross salary from € 70.
