  • We are looking for our Businesspartner Austria Manufacturing Payroll Lead m / w / d Ihre Aufgaben umfassen im Einzelnen : Lead and Manage a staff of 3-4 resources delivering Payroll work across two sites, manage work to set service level agreements and work with all sites to ensure consistent processes across sites Collaborating and partnering with the two Payroll Leads & other regional peers, to deliver any payroll-related projects Management and oversight of Time & Attendance system & outputs for all sites Working closely with external payroll provider and internal HR teams, you will define and lead consistent and compliant end-to-end delivery of Payroll services at all sites Deliver the transition of Payroll to new vendor for all entities Address performance issues through effective coaching and make recommendations for onsite staff and / or Payroll services Ensure accuracy and productivity of the payroll functions including : payroll vendor relations, internal control monitoring, developing and maintaining high quality of efficiency standards Contribute to the development and implementation of payroll policies, procedures and internal controls Respond to all internal and external inquiries on payroll related issues, social insurance and taxation Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close, including assisting Finance with the account reconciliations of payroll related balances Prepare periodic metrics reports regarding issues such as department efficiency and volumes;
  • as well as contribute to the development and management of a Payroll dashboard Oversee preparation of all external and internal audit deliverables for areas of responsibility Act as point of escalation on service issues across the Payrolls Establish and monitor service quality standards and coach team in accordance Collaborating closely with all relevant parties, i.

  • e. two Payroll teams, EMEA HR Service Delivery organization, HRBPs and HR Centers of Excellence, etc. Partner with HR team to ensure full alignment to priorities and delivery of HR services across the HR portfolio Lead process improvement efforts to standardize Payroll processes across sites, leverage best practices, and reduce complexity New Payroll system documentation, process optimization and continuous improvement Ihr Profil Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Accounting or another relevant Payroll qualification;
  • in lieu of a degree, the equivalent in experience and evident of exceptional ability At least 5 years of experience in a complex multinational business environment, with focus on Payroll for multiple entities.

    Experience in HR a plus Experience in Service Delivery (HR or Finance) a plus, including SLA management, customer management and issue escalation People management experience Project management skills Knowledge of all aspects in Payroll including Austria-specific employment legislation, equity based compensation, Expats, Commuters and Employee Share Purchase plans Outstanding with standard concepts, practices and procedures in the Accounting and Payroll field Demonstrated technical expertise on the automated systems and processes in designated areas of responsibility Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with business and support teams within country, region and globally Excellent planning and organizational skills, to balance and prioritize work Proven ability to maintain confidentiality, strong personal integrity Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate relevant information to all levels of the organization Demonstrated ability to work in (international) teams and collaborate / partner effectively at all levels across the organization Knowledge and understanding of relevant labor, social and fiscal legislation (Local) Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) Strong MS Office skills, mainly advanced Excel & PowerPoint Flexible & Cultural awareness Gehaltsspanne € 5000,- € 6.
