unmet medical needs, scientific insights, studies and projects in the specific therapeutic area with Leading Specialists (LS)Builds a link between external and internal partners such as different departments within Austria.

Driving health economics, business insights and planning discussions by collecting insights on HCPs needs and value drivers within the respective disease area.

Drives and implements Medical Affairs activitiesYOUR responsibilities & YOUR impact : ScientificknowledgeParticipatingin international / national congresses, medical education events and hospitationprograms to continuously improve both scientific and practical knowledge aroundproduct and disease area and to identify evolving scientific conceptsRespondsto unsolicited medical information requests and forwards complex requests tothe Medical AdvisorActsas a medical speaker for educational workshops, seminars and programs forphysicians, pharmacists and scientistsExternalstakeholder managementAccountablefor identifying LS using the KOL mapping principles and ensuring continuousrelationship managementAccountablefor writing the MSL activity plan tailored to the LS’s needs and aligned withBrand strategy.

Executing the plan in close collaboration with Commercial,Sales and HEMARIdentifiesneed for medical education formats and activities or related medical projects andensures their implementation Communicatesreactively ongoing research including our pipeline, research and developmentprograms and other meaningful informationSharesproactively non-promotional scientific, product and company information withinthe approved label during face to face meetings, group presentations ortelephone conferencesInternalstakeholder management : SupportsMedical Advisor in planning, crafting and executing Medical Affairs clinicalactivitiesActsas medical representative for Sales in the field.

Gives feedback toaccount-planning activities by sharing gained insights and updating Salescolleagues on MSL activity plans for LS Proposesinvestigators and sites for interventional and non-interventional MedicalAffairs studiesContributesto preparation and conduct of investigator meetings, recruitment follow-up andstudy result presentation Discussesand accepts if appropriate investigator proposals for IISs and ensures they arediscussed within the Medical Affairs department for decision Supportspost marketing surveillance and expanded access programsAdhoc project work on requestQualificationsWe would love to hearfrom YOU, if you have : Education : Scientific degree : Medical Doctor, Pharmaceutical or natural Science university degreeExperience and Skills : Competence up to company’s regulationsStrong eye for business with sense of urgencyPositive dissatisfaction and aspiration to beat the oddsCritical thinking and analytical skillsCustomer centricity and strong external focusEffective collaboration and strong networking skillsEffective communicator with strong influencing skillsAccountability and excellence in executionHigh learning agility and open attitude for changeWinning mentality and motivated to work in a high performing teamKnowledge of the therapeutic area, strength in research and interpretation of medical data.

2-4 years related work experience, scientific acumen and communication skills in order to be accepted by Leading Specialists in peer-to-peer relationship.
