The job : *As our next EMEA Regional Product Manager, you will work as part of the Sample Preparation business unit within the Biological Sciences Division (BID).

Sample preparation has been at the forefront of innovation for core and translational research, and we are now passionate about growing our offerings in the clinical market.

You will help us to achieve this by working closely with other divisions within Thermo Fisher Scientific, such as the Genetic Testing Solutions team.

We have a clear goal of redefining molecular testing to improve global health outcomes. Are you the right person to help us achieve this goal?

We are offering this role as fully remote (working from home) based anywhere in Europe, or office-based at one of our sites if preferred.

Some international travel will be required up to 25% per annum including overnight stays.*What will you do?*

Drive the development of market analysis, Voice of Customer (VOC) and develop business plans for the EMEA region* Compile and prioritize customer requirements to ensure regional needs are incorporated in new product development initiatives* Drive successful relationships with key customers to ensure we understand emerging trends and successful adoption of new products* Ensure successful implementation of regional go-to-market strategies for new product introductions (NPIs) and partner with the relevant marketing and commercial teams to achieve revenue and profitability targets* Leverage market and customer knowledge to implement pricing, positioning and forecasting for the relevant products in the EMEA market* Build regional test plans and protocol adoption, and coordinate the creation of legal agreements as required*Who we are looking for : Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or similar, with preference for an advanced degree (Masters or PhD)*Experience Previous product management experience desired, ideally in LDT- and IVD-regulated environments, including successful interactions with the notified bodies in EMEA* We are also open to considering candidates from other marketing, commercial or scientific backgrounds, providing you have in-depth understanding of IVD regulations*Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Strong knowledge or background in Life Sciences, Genomics, or Pharmaceutical industries.
