Act as part of a Key Account Management (KAM) Strategic team by producing technical initiatives to provide value solution for key accounts in Region North
Responsible for providing technical- and fish health related advice related to different product- or customer support activities in the region, and visualize the activity in Sales force / MAXX
Develop relationship within Key Accounts, Key Opinion Leaders, trade and producer organisations though a significant visible presence in the field.
Liaise on a regular basis with internal and external fish health services and be MSD’s point of contact for practical field support.
Attend to and resolve satisfactorily product complaints, communicating such issues to the appropriate point of contact in the local organization.
Promote and sell technical and / or non-technical services and solutions directly to current and new end customers.
Be responsible for planning, execution and reporting of customer specific field trials. Planning includes preparation of a protocol with responsibilities and budgeting of activities involving external costs (e.
g. sample analysis, veterinary service) and approval by Line Management.
Attend and represent MSD at relevant technical seminars and exhibitions.
