How you will do it

  • Generate, formulate and implement the L&M and Retrofitbusiness for both Sales and Executions
  • Actively identify as well as direct L&M and retrofit salesstrategies to secure new retrofit business based on business opportunities andmarket trends
  • Support market analysis and strategiesformulation, including assist in the identification of high potential marketsegments and key customers, participate in retrofit sales activities, collectvoice of the customer and recommend for improvements.
  • Seeks out, qualifies and closes new L&M and Retrofit sales opportunities with a specificfocus on new business growth
  • Builds and maintains long-term customerrelationships and ensures customer satisfaction
  • Partners with other sales team members as well ascontractors or owners
  • Utilizes applicable sales tools to plan anddocument progress
  • Refers leads to other business segments
  • Builds and applies knowledge of competitor’sbusiness strategies, products and services to favorably differentiate JohnsonControls from them, driving for JCI to be the preferred supplier
  • Address customer objectives / requirements,recommend solutions and link customer objectives to the company's solution andcompetitive advantages
  • Represent the company to customers withprofessional appearance, maintain consistent communication with customers aswell as establish the long-term relationship
  • Execute the retrofit project to ensure that it conforms to ourJC’s Values ensuring discipline in project management through embracing thebest practice processes for each project.
  • Ensure the Retrofit project execution conforms to itsspecifications, contractual terms & conditions and EHS requirements
  • Ensure the project team conducts detailed planning for eachretrofit project prior to implementation through proper processes includingestablish Project Brief with Key Performance Indicators, chair Project Kick OffMeeting, regular follow-up project meetings, milestone progress tracking,issues resolution, documentations, clear accountability for each task, etc.
  • Conduct regular reviews of retrofit project and financialperformance (including cost, profitability, billing, & unbilledreceivables) for each project with the Service / Project engineers to benchmarkagainst established Key Performance Indicators and to proactive securedVariation Orders and address critical issues.
  • Evaluate, appoint and regularly audit suppliers andsub-contractors to ensure they qualify and can meet our retrofit projectspecifications and EHS requirements.
  • Provide timely feedback and reports to management to demonstrateretrofit business progress
  • Perform and follow up the upper supervisor / management assignments strictly
  • What we look for Required

  • BachelorDegree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or any other relatedfields
  • 3-5 yearsof experience in Sales and Marketing within the Industrial Refrigeration Business
  • Confidentworking in a multinational, matrix driven organization
  • Flexiblein adapting to different cultures, excellent at leading & developingdiverse service & project teams and driving accountability
  • Hardworking and result oriented
  • Goodinterpersonal and communication skill
  • Good people connectionfor both internal and external
  • Goodcomputer literacy (MS Office, MS Project)
