Scope of therole :
Manage strategic relationship with key customers including commercial negotiation; execute JBPs with Tier 1 customers and establish strong relationships with e-
commerce leads in Brick & Clicks
Expand distribution across ecommerce platforms in KSA, ensuring availability of our assortment, deployment of eContent i.
e. primary and secondary images, best in class product descriptions, accurate RSPs etc.
Ensure 4Ps of online are maintained once assortment is listed via frequent / recurring store checks
Own overall customer execution, including product portfolio, promo strategy and 12 months activation plans
Collaborate with cross functional partners (Country Manager, Supply and Finance as well as with Distributor on aspects of Ecommerce business
Execute marketing campaigns with key e-tailers in line with annual brand plans
Ensure close collaboration between Brand & Regional Ecom team (MENAP & ME) to ensure new launches hit the market online & offline simultaneously for max impact.
Responsible to ensure on time listing of new launches with e-tailers.
Budget management, tracking and handling of any assigned commercial budgets and marketing budgets agreed upon
Close coordination and collaboration with the Commercial and Sales Managers in KSA to ensure a promo event strategy that drives the Ecommerce business while ensuring no adverse effect on offline retailers
Understand the market, benchmark with other FMCG companies and Industry and constantly evaluate the models and adapt to current as well as future scenario
Develop Test & Learn Plot for key customers, and report on performance
Reporting, Analysis and Optimization
Ensure the ecommerce business has aligned KPIs with both e-Business and in-market Sales
Guide the team in the use of data to make decisions
Accountable for NR & formula levers : UV, CVR, PCT & RR
