That is why we are looking for an Internal Control Coordinator.

Job Summary :

  • Support in the creation and further development of sales promotion programmes, including the basic dealer target calculation
  • Support in SME planning, control and adjustment of relevant projects on a monthly basis
  • Preparation of action reports and monitoring of the targeted implementation
  • Daily turnover tracking incl. target - actual comparison and deviation analyses in the market incl. monitoring of stock levels and purchasing behavior of regional warehouses (only applies to CH)
  • Sales analysis of key sales figures and margins together with deviation analysis (regional and product focus)
  • Based on the analysis results, coordinate and initiate necessary countermeasures together with the marketing team in Brühl and the after-
  • sales service in the market.

  • Support of the implementation of the after-sales strategy in the market
  • Monitoring of the relevant aftersales KPI s and benchmarking with other market participants for the markets served (market observation)
  • ad hoc queries and analyses
  • Monitoring and maintenance of the relevant databases with regard to completeness and up-to-dateness
  • Support with monthly closing work and relevant forecasts as well as business plan preparation
  • Mutual representation of the Business Management coordinators in the RBU
  • Requirements :

  • Successfully completed studies
  • Several years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Very good IT skills in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint), BI experience advantageous
  • Good SAP knowledge
  • Very good analytical skills, independent working methods and a high degree of initiative and motivation
  • Very good technical and process knowledge in aftersales are desirable, convincing communicative skills
  • German language skills fluent in spoken and written
  • Very good knowledge of English
