As a Strategic Consultant you will report directly to the COO. You will be responsible to lead strategic initiatives to optimize operational workflows and key IT integrations.
The candidate would ideally be located in Salzburg.
What we are looking for :
Bachelors’ or Masters' degree preferably in Business Administration
Start-up experience would be considered a plus
5 or more years of experience working in Strategy Consultancy
Ability to write business and other related reports and correspondence as an industry subject matter expert
Meticulous and accurate work ethic as well as cost consciousness
Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Ability to analyze all aspects of transportation data to report in clear and meaningful metrics
Excellent data analysis and performance / operational metrics (KPI) and especially synthesis thereof
Experience working Microsoft Office Suite
Lead strategic initiatives to optimize and digitalize operational processes
Proactively manage the operations dashboard insuring DIZZBO is meeting and exceeding the service commitments to the customer
Identify logistics trends and work with the customer and enterprise team to mitigate any risks and act on opportunities for improvement
Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
Ensuring compliance with KPIs while adhering to quality and process management guidelines as well as the form of reporting to COO
Develop, facilitate and implement account-specific projects. Responsible for executing milestones, updating and tracking progress, and communication completion for internal and customer visibility
Perform root cause analysis for any issues or concerns pertaining to accounts
Document the issues, develop project corrective action, and lead the project to successful solution meeting or exceeding the customer’s expectations
Escalation of clients critical issues to upper management and follow up with solutions
