We are recruiting talented personnel Europe wide supporting them through the whole employment process with our numerous partner hotels located in best Austrian summer and winter resorts.

Full time, based in Klagenfurt , Austria

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

Ability to identify potential Candidates

Ability to build connections within Greek hotel industry in order to recruit qualified candidates

Create Job postings

Conduct Screening Interviews

Ability to interact and build relationships with a range of people from diverse backgrounds

Ability to collect, store and interpret data

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Ability to develop Retention Strategies

Excellent written and oral communication skills in Greek and English language

Great computer and technical skills in order to use web-based technologies and social media

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Minimum of Required Education and / or Experience :

Bachelor degree and four years of successful professional experience working in a related field (HR / Recruiting / Sourcing / Hotel industry)

Willingness to relocate to Austria
