To complement our sales team, we are looking for a committed and highly motivated person with immediate effect MICE Sales Manager (m / f / d).

Your day looks like this :

Cross selling within an international group

Support for existing customers and key accounts

Acquisition and support of high-quality new customers

contract negotiations

Maintenance of the customer file and system data maintenance

Participation in and implementation of sales events

Independent planning, development and implementation of sales campaigns

Conducting market analyses

Creation of statistics and reports on the basis of which the strategic planning of sales measures is carried out

Sales responsibility for your segment

Close cooperation between hotel sales and global sales team

What we are looking for :

min. 2 years of experience in the sales area of the luxury hotel industry

Outstanding market and segment knowledge

Ideally knowledge of the Viennese market

Safe handling of MS Office and Opera

Excellent manners, a well-groomed and confident appearance, as well as a positive charisma

Negotiation skills, communication skills and goal orientation

Distinct customer orientation and high level of service

Very good general education

Traveling

Fluent in written and spoken German and English, other foreign languages an advantage

This employment relationship is classified in the collective agreement for the hotel industry for employees in employment group 3 (EUR 1,853 gross).
